How the Contexto helper works
- Contexto ranks the secret word at 1; smaller observed positions are closer.
- Only scores you have observed are used.
Compare observed scores, inspect ambiguous meanings and choose a contrastive next guess. Work from the information you have already revealed; this helper does not fetch an official daily answer.
Results use the puzzle you enter; they are not verified daily answers. Your entries stay out of public URLs.
Separate observation from hypothesis
The example scores are synthetic. BANK can suggest finance or a river edge. LOAN supports the financial interpretation, while RIVER supports geography; neither turns a reference tag into proof.
Run a contrastive test
Try an unguessed finance term and a water-related term in the official game. Record both returned scores. Follow the direction that actually improves the result, while retaining a second meaning if the scores remain ambiguous.
Read numerical progress correctly
A smaller Contexto rank or larger Semantle similarity is improvement in the displayed measure. Do not interpret a rank gap as twice as close, or a similarity value as a probability of being right.
Independent lexical evidence
The helper includes WordNet 3.0: 147,306 indexed words and phrases with 117,659 senses. It shows distinct meanings, synonyms and broader categories with their source identifiers. These are dictionary relations, not the publisher’s model, ranking or answer key. A small original topic vocabulary and your own references add further hypotheses.

Scope of this helper
- No official embedding model, unobserved scores, rank prediction or daily solution.
