Lagdle
Seven guesses. One twist: each clue arrives a turn late.

Guess, commit, then learn
In most word games, you guess, see the clue and then choose again. In Lagdle, your next valid guess locks before the previous clue arrives. The in-transit word stays visible, but its colours are not sent to your browser until that next guess is accepted.
Green means the right letter in the right place, yellow means the letter belongs elsewhere, and gray means no unmatched copy remains. Duplicate letters follow the usual two-pass scoring rules. A correct word ends the game immediately; when all seven turns are used, every row and the answer are revealed.
The delivery strip separates what you know, which clue is travelling and what action releases it. The Daily puzzle is shared by everyone. Practice mode gives you as many fresh rounds as you want and never changes your Daily statistics. In either mode, one optional hint reveals an answer letter in its exact position and uses one of your seven turns.
