How the Countryle helper works
- Use country characteristics revealed by the game. This helper supports continent, reference-centre hemisphere, historical population and geographic distance constraints.
- Use several observations together; keep a tolerance for differing coordinate and boundary models.
Compare country clues against a 242-feature geographic reference. Results show their reference coverage and evidence links.
Results use the puzzle you enter; they are not verified daily answers. Your entries stay out of public URLs.
Translate the feedback into ranges
If the game says the target has a larger population than a guess, enter a lower bound only after checking which population year the game uses. This reference retains historical estimates. A country near your threshold deserves another look rather than an automatic exclusion based on mismatched years.
Check the definition behind a clue
A country can cross the equator while its reference centre lies north of it. The hemisphere input deliberately refers to that centre. Continent, hemisphere and population can narrow a search together, but this helper does not claim to reproduce Countryle’s temperature, surface-area or other custom categories.
